Jack was no saint, but nobody would ever accuse him of ruining a woman's life. His personal goal was simple. No wife. No kids. He would not repeat the sins of his father.

Jack sat in Sixtos’ minding his own, when a force of nature blew in, landing in his lap. When the freckled face Annabellee begged, “Help me,” Jack knew he couldn't say no.
