When psychic tarot reader Penny receives concert tickets from her estranged father, she's pulled into another haunting. The ghost of a murdered showgirl is rumored to haunt a renovated showboat. Reluctantly, Penny agrees to investigate, urged on by her sister Dora, a fan of the rock star performing on the boat. The star wants Penny to uncover the truth before the spirits scare off his girlfriend.
